Course curriculum

Our objective is to explore how project management applies to the grant development cycle's five phases. Grant applications require measurable goals, such as the number of people served and measurable criteria for project success. Project management principles aid in quantifying services and align well with foundation grants, which involve steps, sequence, and time limits. Successful grant acquisition and proposal writing necessitate strategic and tactical planning, including finding compatible opportunities, meeting eligibility requirements, and ensuring project alignment. We will integrate five project management principles into the grant proposal writing process.
